About

Welcome to AlexTanner, I am a mum of two, and passionate about helping women of all ages find their confidence and to feel good in their own skin.

As a mother to two beautiful girls, 3 and 1 years old, I know how difficult it is to find the time and energy to put yourself first, even if it just for an hour. I am a firm believer that we are better parents when we also look after ourselves, that is why I create training strategies that supports women to become more energized and to boost their self-confidence. My method combines resistance training, mobility and recovery alongside more targeted strategies such as pelvic floor training and postpartum recovery.

My aim is always to create a relaxed, safe and fun environment for all of my clients where they feel comfortable no matter what level of fitness or other obsticales they might be facing. Being diagnosed with a chronic illness, Chron’s Disease, in my 30’s, I have first hand experince of how life can throw you curve balls which puts you completely out of balance and getting back on track seems impossible. With necessary changes, smart choices and the right support we can all reach optimal health and fitness.

1 : 1 training

Online Coaching 

Post/Prenatal Training

With 1 : 1 training you get hands on, dedicated support and guidance to becoming stronger, more supple and balanced. The 60 minute sessions are tailored after your individual needs and goals. Sessions will normally combine mobility, strength, conditioning and regeneration through intelligent exercises and assesments. 

Online coaching gives you all the benefits of 1 : 1 training but online, from wherever you are in the world. This type of training is suitable for you who travels a lot or who works from home and want to squeeze in a training session whenever your schedule allows it. Online sessions are performed via Zoom and requires you having a computer or a smart phone.

Whether you are planning to have a baby, you're already pregnant or have had a baby, your body needs extra care to support the changes you are about to go through or have already gone through. Pregnancy is a massive load for the body, right type of training, before, during and after, is essential for a healthy pregnancy and recovery.
